Job Description:

GForces are one of the fastest growing Web Management Company's in the UK and are looking to further develop its Client Support Services for its Automotive Main Dealer clients.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the role is to become part of our Account Support Team providing support, analytics and marketing campaign management into our growing list of Automotive clients. You will be responsible for ensuring impeccable levels of customer satisfaction and reinforcing G-Forces' services and relationships in these accounts.

Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, handle customers' problems and ensure issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• A good understanding of the web and how it is used by business
• An understanding of digital marketing and web analytics
• Ability to multi-task and perform varied activities on a daily basis
• Capable of communicating at all levels
• Experience in meeting facilitation
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Good organisation skills
• Efficient administration skills
• Good telephone manner

Day to Day Role:

• Managing support for Clients in line with GForces Managed Service program
• Providing updates to Clients on the performance of their online strategy
• Analysing online and offline marketing campaigns against KPI's
• Handling issues and requests, and ensuring issues are resolved as quickly as possible by the correct departments in GForces' organisation
• Testing and monitoring key areas of our Clients platforms within the GForces Managed Services
• Reporting highlight information on key metrics to our customers on regular basis
• Training and support on our NetDirector Auto product
• Managing contract terms and ensuring the Direct Sales Team is notified of potential opportunities
• Administer and Co-ordinate Client online Marketing initiatives
• Liaising with Clients third party suppliers and agencies

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Ideally with a marketing, business or technology degree
• You are flexible and thrive in a constantly changing environment. In particular you are able to get on with others and be a team-player
• A strong and proven communicator with ideas and enthusiasm
• Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems
• Ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
• Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve our offering
• Excellent work and customer ethos
• Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
