They proudly represent Nissan, Abarth, Kia, and Fiat from 5 showrooms in Bristol, Cardiff, Newport and Gloucester. In addition, they offer Nissan commercial vehicles from both their Bristol and Cardiff locations.

The ChallengeThe Challenge

One of the key challenges they faced as a group was to ensure that their website was like no other in the market. They wanted a site that was bespoke and tailored to their requirements. It was paramount that it focused on the needs of the consumer and delivered them up-to-date, relevant information on their new and used vehicles and all other areas of the business.

They also wanted to give customers the chance to voice their opinions on their business and staff through the website.

 

The SolutionThe Solution

Their new website has state of the art features and a market leading design. It includes a full ‘Customer Zone’, complete with a feedback forum, sales surveys and social media links.

Customers can also complete a short survey or simply post a comment to the feedback forum.

Their Group’s used stock is searchable from all areas of the site and is supported with up-to-date CAP specification for every vehicle, live F&I products and real-time fuel calculator.

Moving ForwardMoving Forward

Wessex Garages continues to focus on their excellent Customer Service using their ‘100% satisfaction theme’ across the business.

In the coming months, they will be launching an online service booking system for their customers. This will allow customers to book their service at a time that suits them and should mean a higher service booking penetration from the website.

They are also launching a new mobile website for their growing customer base who own smartphones to access their website. This site will give their customers the ability to search their used car stock, book a service and find their dealerships with ease.

  • Their customers are spending an average of nearly 5 minutes on their website per visit. This clearly shows it’s not only drawing a strong, relevant audience but that the content is accurate, informative and well presented
  • They have over 475 used vehicles on their website for customers to browse. All their stock is searchable by make and model as well as budget and by special offers. In addition they have added a ‘green’ search facility where you can search by CO² rating
  • Every vehicle is supported with full vehicle specification, technical information and high quality images
  • Users can print full specification sheets, request valuations on their part exchanges and book test drives with ease
