The Challenge

Freedom Finance was founded in 1983 and has become one of the UK’s leading finance brokers in personal loans to homeowners and mortgages. Freedom Finance is comprised of a group of companies including Freedom Lending. Freedom Lending is the mortgage side of the company and they approached G-Forces to develop an online key facts illustration (KFI) production facility that would be central to their business.

The Solution

G-Forces created an online mortgage quotation system for Freedom Lending (see diagram) now with 2,500 registered users. The online quotation tool ticked the 3 major boxes of being compliant, secure and resilient. Today the KFI production facility is used by all of Freedom Lending’s broker customers and is now a critical tool for their business.

The Result

The new application that was developed for Freedom Lending had a very strict
deadline to be met to ensure it coincided with the other activities that they were carrying out. As Richard Spinks, Head of Lending explains, “with the dedication and expertise shown by G-Forces we were live for M-Day with our web based KFI facility and it has become a well used and reliable tool”
