Many of those Projects and Programmes are ambitious, large-scale, high profile and complex, meaning that the amount of change our clients are facing requires strong expertise and sensitivity. As a Project Support Executive in the Enterprise Delivery team you will be highly organised, accommodating and technologically competent. Previous experience in fast paced customer services roles or supporting high profile, complex software and technology projects will be advantageous.

THE ROLE:

  • Provide administrative support to the Enterprise Delivery team in delivery of complex software, services and technology projects
  • Configuration, build and implementation of industry leading software platforms (training provided)
  • Leading the image and perception of GForces as a high performance organisation in the industry
  • Manage activity tracking and the collation of reports
  • Process change and off specification requests
  • Liaise with development teams to obtain quotations and updates on progress
  • Assist in the production of project financial tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • Minute meetings, coordinate resource schedules and track actions

THE CANDIDATE

  • A keen interest in technology and Project Management
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Initiative, ideas and ambition
  • Strong communication skills and an approachable manner
  • Ideally with a marketing, business or technology degree
  • Multi-language not essential but viewed favourably
  • Ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company
  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve our services
  • Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
