How long will it take to build my website?
This will depend on your individual requirements and the amount of bespoke functionality you choose to add, but a site build can take anything between 30 days for a NetDirector® Auto-e Edition, to 12 weeks should you want a bespoke design.
How much of the site is content manageable?
Around 95% of the website is content manageable, enabling you to update content, banners, imagery, stock, metadata, jump points, navigation, and much more – and as little or as often as you like.
Will I receive training on how to use my website?
Absolutely. Our dedicated training team provide complete support, including webinars and regular updates, in order to help you get the best out of the platform. We also offer refresher courses, so if you expand your team or want to go over things again, we’ll happily arrange follow-up sessions. Your dedicated Account Manager will also always be on hand to help.
Will I be able to see how my website is performing?
Yes! We know how important it is for your website to drive relevant traffic and leads into your business. We’ll apply a Google Analytics tracking code, enabling us to track how users behave and interact with your site. You’ll also receive regular marketing reports to help track effectiveness and performance to identify new opportunities and trends that support wider strategy.
Is there any limit to how many pages my site has?
No – you can have as many as you like. We’ll always be on hand to guide you with content recommendations and best-practice, but we don’t apply any restrictions to the number of pages you have.
Will my stock be exported to portals and seen beyond my website?
Yes! Your stock will be exported automatically to all the leading portals, saving you hours of time and taking your offering to a much wider audience.
Are GForces websites fully responsive?
Absolutely. NetDirector® has been designed to respond to all mobile devices, tablets, and desktops. We recognise this is incredibly important for both users and search engines.
How will GForces support me once my site goes live?
You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will be on hand throughout your GForces journey. We also have a support team available Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm, and on Saturday from 7am to 3.30pm. You can also contact us out of hours and around the clock via email and through live chat.
How will GForces ensure my site doesn’t become outdated?
Our research and development team work continuously to evolve the platform, both from a user and performance perspective. As a SaaS based platform, your website will automatically benefit from every update we make, in line with the latest technology and software available. These core platform updates are complete free of charge too.
